M Pro Recruitment is working with a prestigious franchised automotive dealership to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician.Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.The Role:Youll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing premium vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards. Working closely with the Service Team, youll diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carry out routine servicing, and ensure vehicles are fixed right first time while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose vehicle faults using manufacturer diagnostic toolsCarry out servicing and repairs across a premium vehicle rangePerform road tests to ensure work has been completed successfullyAccurately document work completed, parts used, and inspectionsCommunicate effectively with the Service Team regarding repairsEnsure all work meets manufacturer and health 'safety standardsRequirements:Full UK driving licenceLevel 3Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)Experience within a franchised automotive dealershipStrong mechanical and diagnostic skillsAbility to work efficiently and to high standardsDesirable:Auto-Electrical or EV/ Hybrid qualificationsExperience within a prestige or premium dealershipPackage:Competitive xjdpvnf salary plus monthly performance bonusesSalary progression through manufacturer training and accreditationGuaranteed bonus for the first 3 months33 days holiday plus additional long-service entitlementFixed working hours (MonFri 8am5pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am1pm)Vehicle leasing options at preferential ratesStaff discounts, life assurance & wellbeing supportFull workwear and PPE provided
