Account Development Manager Fire & Security / Service ContractsLocation Belfast, Armagh, Downpatrick, Cookstown, Antrim, Ballymena, OmaghSalary - 30,000 35,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE 55K+) + Car/AllowanceThe Opportunity A growing and recognised service provider within the Fire & Security sector is looking to appoint an Account Development Manager to support their salesforce across Northern Ireland.This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys developing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term client partnerships.Rather than a cold, new business-heavy role, this position focuses on unlocking value from an existing client basegrowing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts and identifying additional business needs, with the vision to become the service provider of choice.The Role Youll be working closely with an already established portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors such as Facilities Management, Property Management, and Manufacturing.Your focus will be to:Grow existing accounts by increasing service penetrationDevelop and expand PPM/service contract agreementsIdentify and scope additional works and upgrade opportunitiesBuild trusted, consultative relationships with key stakeholdersManage your pipeline and opportunities through CRMYoull also have the opportunity to attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to further strengthen relationships and market presence. xjdpvnf Whats in it for you?Uncapped earning potential (OTE 55K+)Strong existing client base not a cold-start roleFull onboarding and structured trainingOngoing support from technical and operational teamsClear progression into a Senior Account Manager roleCompany car or car allowanceHybrid, field-based flexibilityAbout YouYou can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.
