The school offers a highly personalised, therapeutic learning environment with exceptional facilities such as a Hydrotherapy pool, extensive outdoor learning spaces and an on?site multidisciplinary therapy team. They are now seeking an experienced and passionate SENCo to join their leadership team from April 2026. The Role The SENCo will work closely with the Head of School to lead and develop inclusive teaching, curriculum, assessment, careers and preparation for adulthood across designated phases. This role is central to shaping SEND provision, ensuring high?quality practice, robust systems and outstanding outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
