Location: Nr Royston (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 32,916 49,232 (M1UPS2) + 5,000 Welcome Bonus Hours: 40 hours per week SENCo Opportunity Join a Highly Specialist, Inclusive School We are recruiting on behalf of a well?established, IQM?awarded specialist day school supporting students aged 619 with a wide range of complex needs, including PMLD, MLD, SLD, autism, ADHD and associated medical, sensory or physical needs. The school offers a highly personalised, therapeutic learning environment with exceptional facilities such as a Hydrotherapy pool, extensive outdoor learning spaces and an on?site multidisciplinary therapy team. They are now seeking an experienced and passionate SENCo to join their leadership team from April 2026. The Role The SENCo will work closely with the Head of School to lead and develop inclusive teaching, curriculum, assessment, careers and preparation for adulthood across designated phases. This role is central to shaping SEND provision, ensuring high?quality practice, robust systems and outstanding outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
