The Role Youll take ownership of the companys Learning Management System (LMS) while supporting the delivery of global training programmes. Key responsibilities include: Managing and optimising the LMS Coordinating training programmes, webinars, and certifications Supporting training content and materials Assisting with training for new product launches Tracking and reporting on training performance Working cross-functionally with clinical and commercial teams About You Experience with an LMS Strong organisational and project skills Background in training, L&D, or education Confident working with stakeholders Why Apply?
