The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Norwich area. We are looking for several dedicated multi-drop van drivers to join the team. Shifts:7th - 9th April Hours:Tuesday 10am Start, Wednesday and Thursday 9am Start) Pay Rate:12.21 per hour PAYE. Location:Norwich, NR6 Job Type:Holiday cover The role: Safely and efficiently operate a company van to deliver high value goods (parcels). Positively representing the brand, maintaining a clean vehicle and being a courteous driver. Safe loading and unloading of parcels on to a van. Delivery of products, goods and parcels safely and efficiently to designated locations within set timeframes. Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorisation, if necessary and deliver high standards of customer care. Properly use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanner, to deliver up to 100 shipments per day. Requirements: A valid UK driver's license. 6 months experience (required) Have no more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
