The business has a strong reputation for quality and innovation, with an established global presence and ambitious growth plans.Reporting into the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain function, ensuring the network is optimised for service, cost and efficiency. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and third-party logistics partners to deliver a resilient and high-performing operation.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategyLead planning, forecasting and S&OP processesOptimise supply chain networks to improve performance and efficiencyOversee logistics, transport and customer delivery operationsManage and develop key third-party logistics partnershipsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chainLead, develop and inspire a high-performing teamAbout you:Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role within FMCG or manufacturingStrong expertise in planning, forecasting and supply chain optimisationExperience managing complex logistics networks and external partnersA strategic thinker with a hands-on approachStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levelThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, globally operating business in a role where you can make a significant impact.
