You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time and within budget, while contributing to innovative and sustainable outcomes.The RoleAs a Senior Cost Consultant, you will provide full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a range of technically complex projects throughout the UK and Europe, with a focus on London, Oxford and Cambridge.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing cost plans, estimates and feasibility studiesSupporting procurement strategies and tender processesReviewing and negotiating contractor submissionsManaging project costs through to final accountBenchmarking and advising on cost efficiencyWorking closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomesYou will have the opportunity to take projects from initial concept through to completion, while also contributing to the development of junior team members.About YouMy client is looking for someone who is commercially astute, technically strong and passionate about delivering high-quality results.
