Youll start by driving sales activity, managing key accounts, and supporting team performance, while also gaining hands on experience across branch operations, commercial decision making, and people leadership.Its a great opportunity for someone currently working in senior sales, account management, or a team leader role whos looking to step up and build a long term career within a stable, growing business.Your responsibilities include: -Sales & Commercial LeadershipTake ownership of daily sales activity to help the branch hit its targetsBuild strong, lasting relationships with key B2B customersSpot opportunities to grow existing accounts and bring in new businessKeep track of the sales pipeline, activity levels, and forecastsTeam Development & LeadershipSupport and develop the sales team through regular coaching and guidanceGradually take on more responsibility for team structure and performanceWork closely with the Branch Manager to help create a strong, high performing sales cultureBusiness & Operational ExposureGain hands on experience across all areas of branch operations and commercial processesMake sure CRM systems are kept up to date with accurate, timely informationWork with operations and other branches to ensure customers receive excellent servicePlay an active role in improving sales processes and overall performanceYour Development PathThis role is designed to support your progression into a Branch Manager position.If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.
