The setting is a large SEN school with multiple sites who cater for a mix of ages, and are looking for someone with a range of experience to join their team ASAP.The Role:Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit themWorking within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staffFollowing care plans, EHCPs, Pupil Passports and other relevant documentsBeing comfortable with personal care is advantageousSupporting a fantastic curriculum that teaches the children and young adults real life skills, as well as subject specific knowledgeWhat you will need:Experience of working with children who have complex needsA willingness to jump in and help where necessaryBeing comfortable with taking pupils for outings, supporting their independence and being a positive influence over thisBe able to assist the young adults with their emotional xjdpvnf literacy, helping them to co and self regulateWhat we offer:When you work with Qualiteach, you will have access to a range of expertise and advice as well as benefits.
