Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering 80k + Package SurreySubmit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a newly awarded 30M civil engineering project in Surrey.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor and take the lead commercial role on a major infrastructure scheme, acting as the number one Senior QS on site and reporting directly to the Commercial Lead.The project includes demolition, bulk earthworks, deep drainage, construction of a new spine road and Section 278 highway works. The successful candidate will take the project from inception through to client handover and final account.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial management of a 30M infrastructure schemeManage subcontract procurement and package managementPrepare applications for payment and valuationsManage variations, compensation events and final accountsMonitor cost control, forecasting and reporting xjdpvnf Work closely with project delivery and senior leadershipSalary & PackageUp to 80,000 salaryCar allowancePerformance bonusPension26 days holiday + long service benefits??
