You will lead by example, working closely with peers across all shops to maintain the highest standards and deliver outstanding service to both your team and customers. Our goal is simple: to provide a consistent 5? experience in every tearoom.Although you will be based at our North Weald branch, you will occasionally be required to travel to our Bishops Stortford branches to support operations.
