The role involves carrying out a range of external maintenance and installation works, including slabbing, fencing, and concreting, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities Carry out slabbing and paving works (paths, patios, access areas)Install and repair fencing (timber, concrete posts, panels)Perform concreting tasks including bases, footings, and pathwaysUndertake general grounds maintenance and external repairsPrepare and clear sites, including excavation and groundwork preparationUse hand tools and small plant equipment safely and effectivelyEnsure all work areas are left clean and tidy after completionWork in occupied social housing environments, maintaining professionalism at all timesFollow company health & safety procedures and site regulations xjdpvnf Requirements Proven experience in slabbing, fencing, and concretingPrevious experience working in social housing or similar environments (preferred)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailFull UK driving licence (essential) contact Maryrisa or Holli - or
