The RoleYou will be a key member of the catering team to ensure that the catering operations runs smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will prepare, cook and serve food for approx. 1200, always adhering to procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks and allergy management.The role is working 5 days out of 7 42 hours per week overtime availableShift patterns will either be 5.30am 1.30pm or 1.30pm 8.30pmChristmas off!The ideal applicantWe are looking for an experienced Chef from a high-volume background, with some experience managing or supervising working within a busy environment. We would welcome candidates xjdpvnf from the MOD, contract catering, large Event and Wedding venues, large busy pub chains and hold the following qualificationsLevel 2 Food Safety and allergen managementCity & Guilds 706 1 and 2 or NVQ equivalentSupervisory qualification preferredThis role is subject to a DBS check which is subsidised by the client
