Job Description /n The Next Step Trust /n We are recruiting for the following vacancy… /n Multi-Site Facilities Caretaker /n You will need to be flexible, responsible and be proactive and responsive to maintenance and caretaking and have a keen eye for detail in order to meet our high standards. /n Duties include (but are not limited to): /n /n Regularly inspecting sites and identifying and resolving any maintenance repairs to ensure a safe environment. /n Organising and scheduling equipment maintenance tasks. /n Responsibility for vehicle safety and hydro pool maintenance and safety. /n Working alongside the Health and Safety team to oversee development projects on site. /n Overseeing the Cleaners and managing cleaning operations to maintain building standards. /n/n The Successful candidate will have: /n /n Experience of Caretaking Maintenance/Handyperson skills /n Being prepared to lone work and be a key holder /n Hold a full driving license and willing to drive to other centres /n Required to share responsibility of being On-Call for the sites /n/n Benefits include /n /n 5.2 weeks Annual Leave, increasing with years worked /n Mileage paid at .45p per mile where applicable /n Health benefit scheme /n Enhanced DBS check Free Parking where available /n Blue Light Card & Cycle to Work scheme registered /n/n If this sounds like you, please hit apply now! /n Reference: AGS613Vacancy: Multi-Site Facilities CaretakerLocation: HalifaxSalary: £32,000 paHours: 40 hrs Monday – Friday, some split shifts.
