Job Description Recovery Dispatch Coordinator /n Interested in joining our team at Tears of Sutton Bridge? /n We are looking for a Recovery Dispatch Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis - this role is based at our Sutton Bridge Depot (PE12 9SH). /n What will you be doing? /n /n Liaising with customers via telephone to provide updates for recoveries /n Liaising with recovery drivers and other recovery clubs to resolve dispatch issues /n Organising incoming breakdowns and dispatching drivers to live jobs /n Taking credit card payments for private customers /n Using in-house system to receive and dispatch jobs and carry out invoicing /n General office administration tasks /n/n What will you need? /n /n This role requires good IT skills and strong organisational skills /n Experience working in a fast paced environment, as this is a call centre that takes a high volume of calls /n Knowledge of the area and motor vehicles would be advantageous but not essential /n Overtime is an absolute requirement of the role, due to working in a small team of 4, holiday cover and absence cover will be required. /n/n If this sounds like you, please hit apply now! /n Our reference: SE4113 /n Vacancy: Recovery Dispatch Coordinator /n Location: Sutton Bridge, South Holland district of Lincolnshire /n Salary: £25,100 basic (Up to £26,000 OTE) /n Employment type: Full Time Permanent /n Hours: Three 40 hour weeks – One 32 hour week – Shift Patterns work on a rota basis of early, middle and late shifts /n Smart Hire are advertising on behalf of Tears Of Sutton Bridge
