We are a specialist manufacturer of municipal and contractor cleaning vehicles, known for advanced design facilities, modern manufacturing techniques, and a strong commitment to excellence.We are now seeking a skilled Shotblaster to join our busy Paint Shop team and play a key role in maintaining our high standards.What You'll Be DoingIn the role of Shotblaster, you will:Ensure the safe, timely, and efficient output of the Paint Shop.Shotblast and refinish major assemblies, subassemblies, and various components.Maximise spray booth utilisation by reducing spray times where possible.Mark out and mask bodies, cabs, and panels to the required specifications.Shifts & Working HoursThis Shotblaster role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern:Week 1: 5:45am 1:45pm (Monday to Friday)Week 2: 2:15pm 10:15pm (Monday to Friday)What Were Looking ForWere looking for a Shotblaster who:Works well within a friendly, supportive team.Shows willingness to take responsibility and get involved. xjdpvnf Demonstrates strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.Must be able to drive or get to site in Dorking as public transport doesn't run to accommodate the shiftWhat We OfferCompetitive pension schemeLife assurance policyAnnual profitbased bonus schemeINDKA
