With over 70 years of industry expertise, 3,000+ employees worldwide, and a multimillion-pound turnover, this manufacturer offers full training, excellent earning potential, and clear progression opportunities.________________________________________The Package: Base Salary: 33,00035,000 with realistic total earnings of 55,00075,000 through overtime and door-to-door pay Overtime Rates: Weekdays (after 8.5 hrs): 1.5x Saturdays: 1.5x Sundays: 2x Door-to-Door Pay: Paid from the moment you leave home to when you return Company Van & Fuel Card: Fully equipped for business use Paid Overnight Stays: UK: 25/night Overseas/Rig Work: 6570/night (accommodation covered) 33 Days Holiday: Including bank holidays, increasing after 1 year Full Training Provided: Internal onboarding and manufacturer-led technical courses Tools & PPE Supplied: All necessary equipment provided Career Progression: Clear development paths into senior or specialist roles International Travel Opportunities: Optional work across Africa, Europe, the Americas, Asia, Australasia, the Middle East, and offshore rigs Overseas Travel Bonus: 0.5 days holiday in lieu for every night spent overseas________________________________________The Role:You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing vertical access equipment (hoists, lifts, rack & pinion systems) across the UK and internationally. Key duties include: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, including VFCs and PLCs Supporting installation, inspection, and commissioning of equipment Collaborating with service, installation, commissioning, and support teams Completing service documentation accurately and on time Adhering to company and client safety policies and procedures Representing the company professionally on-site and in vehicle presentation Participating in emergency out-of-hours support and being flexible with travel and working hours Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Assisting with other field or workshop tasks as required________________________________________What We Need From xjdpvnf You: Mechanical or electrical engineering background with strong fault-finding skills Relevant qualifications: NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, traction, or lift engineering Previous experience as a Field Engineer or similar role Full UK driving licence and valid passport________________________________________Commutable From: Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, LeicestershireSimilar Roles May Include: Field Service Engineer, Lift Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Industrial Electrician, Mechanical Fitter, Rack & Pinion Engineer, Traction Engineer, Offshore Engineer, RIG Engineer________________________________________Contact:Reegan Turney / Thank you for your interest we look forward to speaking with you soon
