This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, non-corporate consultancy with a strong pipeline of work and excellent progression opportunities. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of 20+ including QS, Architects and Engineers.The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor;You'll be joining a busy QS team, working closely with senior leadership and supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects. This is a client-facing role with real responsibility from day one, working on some exciting high value projects in the range of 3-12 million including;Education schemesIndustrial / warehouse developmentsResearch facilitiesHospitality projects including spa hotelsPublic sector work (including local authority schemes)Heritage xjdpvnf projects Residential developmentsWhat We Are Looking For;Experience within a consultancy / PQS environmentStrong client-facing skills Comfortable taking ownership of projectsOpen on background - chartership not essential
