The programme is part of a wider asset management initiative, requiring consistency and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed condition surveys of educational buildingsIdentify and report on defects, maintenance requirements, and lifecycle considerationsCapture data in line with client specifications (tablet-based or template reporting)Liaise with site staff to coordinate access and minimise disruptionEnsure all work complies with relevant regulations and health & safety standardsRequirements:Proven experience delivering condition xjdpvnf surveys (education sector desirable)Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or similar disciplineStrong reporting and organisational skillsAbility to manage a regional workload independentlyEnhanced DBS (essential and must be current)Additional Information:Travel between sites requiredEquipment/software guidance provided where necessary
