We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 or 2 Drivers to join the team.Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Shifts:Typically Monday to FridayHours: 8am start typically, average of 10-12 hour shiftsPay Rate: 15.36 per hour PAYELocation:Exeter, EX5Job Type:OngoingThe role:Securely moving and transporting premium and high value goods (parcels) to sub-depots or collecting them from delivery units.Multi-drop delivery - average of 15- 20 drops/collectionsDrivers will be required to load and unload the roll cages using tail lift and pump truckFocusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork throughout shift.Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.Requirements:Full UK driving licence with Class 1 OR 2 entitlementValid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.6 months minimum experience requiredNo more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).Full understanding of WTD legislation.Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.Excellent communication skills.A safety-first mindset. xjdpvnf For more information, please apply directly with a copy of your CV today and a member of our team will be in touch!
