You will play a key role in managing costs across a variety of projects, from fit-out works to reactive and planned maintenance contracts.As Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects from inception through to final accountPreparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissionsNegotiating contracts and managing subcontractor procurementMonitoring project costs, valuations, and variationsProducing accurate financial reports and forecastsEnsuring projects are delivered within budget and to commercial targetsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersSupporting the wider team in driving profitability and efficiencyThe Ideal CandidateThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor will have:Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, fit-out, or facilities managementStrong commercial awareness and cost control experienceAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with subcontractors and negotiating contractsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and hands-on approachRelevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar preferred)What's on OfferCompetitive salary of 55,000 - 65,000Attractive benefits packageClear progression opportunities within a growing businessExposure to a diverse range of projects and sectorsSupportive and collaborative working environmentApply: If you're interested in this opportunity, then please get in touch today with our Commercial Specialist, Mark Harris.
