Working both in the field and alongside the Control Room, youll be responsible for keeping our production processes stable, compliant, and optimised.Your day-to-day activities will include (but arent limited to):Monitoring automated performance of the pre-heater, kiln feeder, rotary kiln burner, calciner, exhaust gases, emissions and cooler processesAdjusting and optimising the production process to maintain output and quality within specificationSupporting start-ups, shutdowns, and responding to operational issuesConducting field inspections, troubleshooting blockages, housekeeping, and supporting general maintenanceEntering and validating operational and production data in plant software systemsReporting any incidents, abnormalities or deviations through the correct channelsReviewing equipment conditions against job plans and operational standardsEnsuring Tarmacs strict Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met at all timesMaintaining high housekeeping standards across working areasEnsuring raw materials and additives are available in the right quantities at the correct locationsOperating mobile plant (e.g., loaders, shovels, dumpers, telehandlers) where required valid NPORS/CPCS or equivalent tickets essentialWho Were Looking ForYoure someone who brings the right mindset, discipline, and approach to every shift.
