Paragon Home Healthcare is seekingexperienced Critical Care Nursesto support a lovely lady in Eastbourne who requires advanced clinical care following a spinal cord injury. This role involves managing complex needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, bowel management, suprapubic catheter care, and hoist transfers.Youll be responsible for providing high-quality care, mentoring HCAs, and ensuring the care plan is followed with clinical oversight from ourNurse Practitioner team. Youll work alongside a supportive team to ensure the best outcomes for the client, while building a stable care model for the future.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced care, includingventilator managementandtracheostomy care.Monitor patients condition, administer medications, and maintainaccurate care records.Mentor and support HCAs.Liaise with the clinical team and family to ensurecomprehensive care.Pay and Shifts:Competitive Pay Rates:Day Shift:8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (approx.33.84/hour weekdays,40.60/hour weekends).Night Shift:8 p.m. - 8 a.m. (approx.40.60/hour weekdays and weekends).Location:BN20, Eastbourne (own transport required).Travel Reimbursement:In addition to your hourly rate,travel expensesare reimbursed at 25 pence per mile for distances up to 200 miles, and 30 pence per mile for longer journeys once an expenses form is submitted and processed.
