The business designs and delivers bespoke HVAC systems for complex industrial and energy-related applications where performance, reliability and compliance are critical.Working closely with business development and engineering teams, this role focuses on reviewing technical enquiries, developing costed proposals and supporting the conversion of opportunities into secured projects.RoleReview incoming enquiries, specifications and tender documentationDevelop technical and commercial proposals for bespoke HVAC systemsInterpret client requirements and translate them into engineered solutionsPrepare detailed cost estimates, quotations and proposal documentationLiaise with internal engineering teams to ensure technical feasibilitySupport the sales team during the bid and proposal processRequirementsEngineering background within HVAC, mechanical engineering or building servicesExperience in proposals, estimating or applications engineering within an engineering or manufacturing environmentAbility to interpret technical drawings and tender specificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce clear technical documentationGood commercial awareness and understanding of costing principlesPackageSalary 35,000-55,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysOpportunity to work on technically complex HVAC projectsWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
