JOB DETAILSThis is a high-impact leadership role with both strategic and operational influence. You will lead and evolve our procurement function across managed print and IT resale, ensuring we have a resilient, cost-effective, and forward-thinking supply chain that supports both growth and customer excellence.You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, bringing insight, structure, and innovation into how we source, manage, and optimise supplier relationships. At the same time, you will lead and develop a capable team, embedding best practice and raising the bar for procurement across the organisation.What you will be doing:Defining and delivering a procurement strategy that drives cost optimisation, performance, and long-term valueBuilding strong, strategic relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors across a complex, multi-vendor environmentLeading commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, robust contracts, and high-quality service deliveryDriving supplier performance through structured evaluation, governance, and risk managementEnhancing procurement processes, policies, and systems to improve efficiency, compliance, and data visibilityPartnering with sales, operations, and finance to align procurement with demand planning and customer commitmentsUsing market insight and data to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and competitive advantageLeading, mentoring, and developing a small procurement team to deliver consistently high standardA typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break.
