This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key supervisory role within a well-structured site team.The successful candidate will oversee electrical installations on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations and project specifications. This position requires strong leadership, organisation, and technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising electrical operatives and subcontractors on-siteEnsuring all work complies with current regulations and health and safety standardsCoordinating daily site activities and reporting progress to project managementReading and interpreting electrical drawings and specificationsManaging materials, resources, and workflow to meet project deadlinesConducting inspections and ensuring quality control across all electrical workRequirementsProven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems and current regulationsSSSTS or SMSTS qualificationECS/CSCS cardExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectivelyThis role offers a competitive day rate and the opportunity to work on a long-term commercial project through to the end of the year.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR ARC Working with one of East Anglias leading Recruitment agencies with 16 years within the marketplace, recruiting for many of the regions leading companies.
