Gap Personnel are hiring Production/Assembly Operatives to join a busy, growing manufacturing team in Newmarket. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. You'll work as part of a friendly team, helping to assemble, check, and pack products to a high standard. No experience is neededfull training will be provided. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am 5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am 1:00pm Contract: Temporary ongoing work, with the chance of a permanent role Pay: 12.71 Location: Newmarket, CB8 Duties: Assemble basic parts by following instructions Use simple tools safely Work with your team to meet daily targets Check finished products for quality Keep your work area clean and follow safety rules Help with general tasks like packing and moving stock Skills & Experience: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good attention to detail Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly Reliable and punctual Flexible and willing to take on new tasks If you're looking for a stable job with good prospects and the chance to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
