You will use your skills and knowledge to improve efficiency within the department, demonstrating a professional approach while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. Your role will also involve presenting and communicating effectively with key stakeholders.Manage your own portfolio of German accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected in line with company policyMaintain a proactive approach to collecting outstanding debt to meet collection targetsKeep accurate records on chasing and payment promisesResolve customer queries including timely escalation of issuesDrive continuous improvement in the number of days debts remaining overdueManage and monitor new customer accounts set up, including the setting and controlling of credit limitsAssist with the workload of other team members from time-to-timeMaintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleaguesWork in collaboration with operational teams across the GroupThe ideal candidate for this German Speaking Credit Controller position will bring proven experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable as well as being able to communicate in German fluently. You should have strong working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Your excellent communication abilities will enable you to adapt your style according to your customer base.
