You will foster strong partnerships within the college and with external agencies, ensuring a robust and comprehensive careers education and guidance provision. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative career resources and activities, supporting students' progression and success. You understand current careers guidance legislation, HE applications, labour market trends, and equal opportunities. You will have experience of coordinating and delivering a range of Careers events and activities.You hold a first degree and/or a Level 6 careers guidance qualification (or are working towards it).
