Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Permanent Accounts/Administration Assistant for our clients operation in Altrincham supporting all finance and accounts aspects of the businessThe work will involve:Managing accounts email addresses for 2 businessesThey are taking care of multiple bank recs for multiple Businesses, purchase ledger, debtors, refunds,Admin is purchasing of some ancillaries and materialsArranging AF and SF shipmentsChecking goods in and outChecking all invoicesCarriage rate analysisHealth and safetyThe working times and pay:Monday to Friday08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-16:30 on Fridays28,000 - 30,000 per annumPermanent role from Day 1Ideal role for someone with good administration skills and some finance skills that is looking to progressVarious BenefitsSkills/Experience Needed:Sage 200 experience desirableGood attention to detailExcellent email etiquetteExcellent reading, writing and computer skillsInitiative, Communication, Team Player, Working to deadlinesIf you are interested in this role please apply with an updated CV.
