Management Accountant - Tewkesbury 37.5 hours per week Finance Department Monday to Friday Join Cotteswold Dairy as a Management Accountant and play a key role in delivering accurate financial information to support business decision making. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail driven, analytical and proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. Youll work closely with managers across the business, providing insight, analysis and reporting to support performance and strategy. Were looking for a highly organised individual with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, journals and reconciliations Analyse financial performance, investigate variances and provide clear insights Support stock valuations, depot accounts and production analysis Maintain and develop sales data analysis using Excel and internal systems Assist with audits, year-end processes and financial reporting requirements Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business performance What were looking for: CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified Previous experience in a management accounting role within manufacturing Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data Knowledge of Sage 200 and Access (desirable) Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills High attention to detail with a proactive and inquisitive approach Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Details: Location: Tewkesbury (office based, no remote working) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday If youre a motivated finance professional looking to make an impact and develop your career within a supportive team, wed love to hear from you.
