Job Title: Lead Data Modeller Location: Worcester (1/2 times a fortnight) Day Rate: 500pd OUTSIDE IR35 Contract Length: 8 Months WRK digital are looking for strong, delivery-oriented Lead Data Modeller to support a Phase 1 data remediation programme in a complex enterprise environment You will be responsible for leading development of the Enterprise Information Model and Conceptual Data Model, defining core business entities and relationships, and ensuring strong, reusable information structures. Why this role matters This role creates the enterprise-level information foundation that the rest of remediation, reporting and architecture work depends upon. Core responsibilities Lead development of the Enterprise Information Model Lead development of the Conceptual Data Model Define modelling standards and conventions Facilitate agreement on enterprise entities and definitions Align conceptual models with architecture and reporting needs Support decomposition across business domains Ensure modelling outputs are usable and reusable Must-haves Strong enterprise and conceptual data modelling expertise Proven experience delivering EIMs, CDMs and logical models Able to model across domains, not just systems Strong understanding of entities, relationships, hierarchies and abstractions Strong facilitation and definition-alignment capability Able to connect models to governance, reporting and architecture Strong documentation quality and modelling discipline For a confidential conversation about the role, please DM, comment below, or apply via the job ad in the comments for immediate consideration.
