Experienced Data Readiness Lead required for an immediate start! 6 months initially Hybrid working (South East) Outside IR35 Flexible day rate DOE Immediate start available! Overview: My client require a highly experiencedData Readiness Leadto support the early stages of our ERP programme. This is ashort-term, specialist role (circa 6 months)focused on establishing the foundations for a complex ERP data workstream. This person will be responsible for shaping the overall data approach and ensuring the programme is set up for successful delivery. Key responsibilities: Define and lead an end-to-end ERP data strategy and delivery plan Map key data domains, dependencies, risks and constraintsacross the organisation Establish the sequencing and prioritisationof data activities Set up and structure a data workstreamaligned to the wider ERP programme Coordinate and initiate data cleansing and preparation activities Provide expert guidance on data migration readinessahead of System Integrator mobilisation Essential experience: Proven track record delivering data workstreams for ERP programmes within local government(this is essential) Deep understanding of legacy system challenges, data migration, and data quality in complex orgs Experience operating in early-stage / pre-procurement ERP environments, setting strategy and direction Ability to work at pace, independently, and bring structure to ambiguous or unstructured environments This role is suitable for someone who is a hands-on specialistwho can lead this work end-to-end, rather than a purely advisory role please.
