Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our client based in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company offering consistent hours and competitive pay based on your skill level. Working Hours Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:00pm Friday: 8:00am 1:00pm Overtime may be available when required. Key Responsibilities MIG welding mild steel components to a high standard Fabricating parts from technical drawings Cutting, grinding, and preparing materials Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Requirements Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Desirable (but not essential): TIG welding experience What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (13.50 15.00 depending on experience) Stable, full-time hours with an early finish on Fridays Supportive working environment Opportunity to develop skills further If you are a skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator looking for a stable role in Pershore with excellent working hours, we would love to hear from you.
