Salaried General Practitioner (GP) | Minehead Medical Centre | Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time Available You will play a vital role in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to our patients. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will manage a diverse mix of telephone, face‑to‑face, and home visit appointments, delivering both planned and urgent primary care services. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the health and well‑being of the local community.Provide tailored, patient‑centred care to meet individual needs. Proactively support patients with complex or long‑term conditions to improve their quality of life. Offer expert advice and guidance to support the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT). What you’ll work onA mix of telephone, face‑to‑face, and home visit appointments Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required Provide patient‑focused, evidence‑based practice to a high standard Support the wider MDT to ensure patients with long‑term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinicianWhy join us? Qualifications and RequirementsGeneral Practitioner registered with the GMC, on the GP Specialty Register and on the NHS Performers List Post‑CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care A passion for your work and a burning desire to thrive in a dynamic organisation whilst delivering NHS services to a wide range of patients Organised and have a proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilities Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels Highly organised and committed to delivering high‑quality patient careFor over 20 years, OneMedical Group has been redefining how healthcare is delivered in the UK.
