Production Assembler - Electronics Coventry - Ansty Park 18 per hour, rising to 19 per hour 4-Day Working Week | 20-Week Project | Immediate Start Manpower is recruiting experienced Production Assemblers to join a secure, classified manufacturing project based in Coventry. These are temporary roles for an initial 20-week period, offering competitive pay and a 4-day working week. Screening & Vetting Requirements Due to the nature of this project, the following are mandatory: BPSS clearance UK Born nationals who still hold UK nationality only Trade Tests include Soldering and Assembly Colour-blindness Numeracy and Literacy The Role You'll be working within a structured production environment on precision electronic and mechanical assemblies. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work to defined quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities Soldering to a high standard Electronic and mechanical assembly (small-build work preferred) Working on a production line to meet output targets Operating within a secure and compliance-led environment Pay & Working Hours 18 per hour Rising to 19 per hour upon completion of performance targets Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30 36 hours per week (9 hours per day including 30-minute unpaid break) Every Friday off Essential Experience Proven soldering experience Electronic and mechanical assembly background Production line experience Use of Hand Tools Contract Details Temporary assignment 20-week initial project Immediate starts available TPBN1_UKTJ
