Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner and Miller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining , with proficiency in operating CNC turning & Milling machines. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with various materials to produce high-quality components. Duties Operate CNC turning & Milling machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and CAD models using Auto CAD software. Perform tasks, including milling n/ Turning and assembly of parts. Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Use hand tools and tooling equipment effectively in the production process. Apply basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during machining processes. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Turner / Miller or similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining techniques. Familiarity with materials handling practices and warehouse operations / Forklift Licence is advantageous. Proficient in using CAD software, particularly Auto CAD, for design interpretation. Experience with fabrication processes , and welding is preferred but not essential. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and execute tasks accordingly. Competence in using hand tools and measuring equipment effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
