Job Title

We are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects on MoD Housing properties across Aldershot, Winchester and Andover. We are ideally looking for someone with carpentry or plumbing experience however, if you have experience with roofing, plastering and more we'd like to hear from you! Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Planned and reactive maintenance tasks Quality and compliance checks Upgrading bathrooms and kitchens Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works External repairs including fencing and groundworks What are we looking for?
