Known for their collaborative culture and focus on professional development, they offer an excellent environment for career progression.Role Summary:Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join a dynamic and experienced team. This role offers a strong mix of project and professional work, with the opportunity to work closely with key clients, contribute to business growth, and progress into more senior roles.Responsibilities:Lead and develop detailed project briefs with clients and senior stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport business development activitiesPrepare designs, specifications, and tender documentationAdminister JCT building contracts and ensure complianceUndertake professional surveying duties including condition surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, and party wall mattersLiaise with clients, contractors, and internal/external stakeholdersSupport project budgeting and financial controlMentor and support junior team membersEssential Skills & Experience:MRICS Chartered status (preferred) or working towardsExperience across commercial, retail, or educational propertiesStrong Microsoft Office skillsCompetent in AutoCAD and/or REVIT (training can be provided)Familiarity with NBS ChorusFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelStrong communication skills and commercial awarenessDesirable Skills & Experience:Experience managing or mentoring team membersExposure to complex property portfoliosKnowledge of property or facilities managementIf you are a motivated Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career within a growing consultancy, we encourage you to apply and be part of a forward-thinking team. xjdpvnf Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
