If you’re excited by variety, motivated by quality and thrive in a supportive, people centred environment, this is an opportunity you’ll want to explore. /n /nInternal Audit Manager/n/nWhy this role is exciting /n/n/n As our Internal Audit Manager, you will:/n /n Be a key part of the Risk Assurance service’s expansion in this exciting period of growth for the company, providing valuable support to the Head of Risk Assurance/Internal Audit and wider business. /n /n Be a champion for quality, ensuring every engagement meets the highest standards of clarity, insight and professionalism /n /n Work with a diverse client base that values our service, giving you exposure to multiple sectors, organisational cultures and risk environments /n /n Play a key role in embedding continuous improvement and innovation /n /n Build strong relationships and add value at all levels /n /n This is a role where your voice matters, your ideas are welcomed and your development is taken seriously. /n/n What we’re looking for /n You’ll thrive here if you are: /n /n A strong communicator who can engage confidently with clients and colleagues /n /n Passionate about internal audit and the value it adds to organisations /n /n Strong focus on quality and meticulous in your approach /n /n A natural problem solver who enjoys understanding new issues quickly /n /n Experienced in internal audit and has a good understanding of the Global Internal Audit Standards /n /n Someone who leads by example and promotes professionalism, integrity and continuous improvement /n /n If you want variety, challenge, autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful difference, this role offers all of that and more./n/n/nLocation /n/n This is a hybrid role, requiring some on-site and some remote working.
