The role is based in Wellingborough with a hybrid working model offering flexibility between home, office.Making PossibleWork with the energy pre-construction team as required to support marketing, pre-qualification, and tender activitiesWork with the Pre-Construction team and Client Account leads to plan, record, and monitor conversations with clients, designers, and strategic supply chain.Researching future opportunitiesProduce a range of client and business-facing collateral, including case studies, presentations, and proposal documentsAssist with creating and distributing prepositioning documentationProviding support and assistance to bids as required, cascading the prepositioning strategy and knowledgeLiaise with the project and pre-construction teams to capture social media updates to feed into our corporate accountsEngage with our project teams to produce high-quality case studies and collate evidence data to contribute to our central Knowledge Management SystemHelping to identify and source evidence across the Region including setting up and managing a SharePoint space for each project to capture and collate evidence throughout the project lifecycle Maintain a regional awards programme and log to identify opportunities across projects in the North, including the preparation of persuasive award submissions through collaboration with site, client and stakeholder teamsSupport to arrange internal and external meetingsWhat do you bring to the role?Experience of a variety of sectors, particularly organisations with dispersed, customer-facing teams (construction / civil engineering not essential)Data literate and able to identify and adapt to emerging trendsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign. xjdpvnf Able to travel to projects which may include remote locations within northern England.Proficient editorial and writing skillsSelf-motivated and proactiveAble to identify and respond to colleagues needsEnjoys collaborating with others to achieve resultsAbility to work with complex technical subject matterWhats in it for you?Competitive salaryA wide range of family-friendly policies8 % matched pension contributionsPrivate healthcareLife assurance26 days holiday2 wellbeing days1 volunteering dayPersonal and professional development
