Finance Sales Specialist - Manchester We are looking for a driven and customer focused Car Finance Sales Specialist to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background in car finance who thrives in a fast paced, target driven environment. What's on Offer: Basic Salary of up to 30,000 Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of 50,000+ Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, 5 days per week (including alternative Saturdays) Key Responsibilities Proactively support customers throughout their car buying journey Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealer partners, and lenders Take a problem solving approach to understand customer needs and provide suitable finance solutions Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with DPA requirements, FCA regulations, and company guidelines Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills Use car finance platforms such as AutoConvert or Enquiry Labs (preferred) Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism Contribute to team success by providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement What We're Looking For Proven track record in car finance sales with the ability to demonstrate previous performance Experience using car finance systems (e.g. lender portals, AutoConvert, Enquiry Labs, or similar) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage workload effectively and meet targets High attention to detail and compliance awareness This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values performance, development and customer excellence.
