Field Service Engineer Heavy Plant Ormskirk / North West / UK Travel 40,000 55,000 + Overtime + Van NEOS Engineering are working with a leading player in the UK ground engineering sector who are looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to their team. This is a fully field-based role , supporting high-profile projects across the Northwest and wider UK. If you enjoy being on-site, solving problems and working on specialist kit - this is a strong opportunity. The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of heavy plant equipment on-site . You'll be working on: Piling rigs Excavators Drilling equipment Specialist ground engineering machinery This is a hands-on, site-based role , attending breakdowns, carrying out planned maintenance and keeping critical equipment running on major construction projects. What We're Looking For We're looking for engineers with a background as a: Heavy Plant Fitter Field Service Engineer Plant Engineer You must have experience working on either: Construction plant (excavators, dumpers, telehandlers etc.) OR Piling rigs / drilling equipment Key requirements: Strong fault finding and diagnostics Comfortable working independently in the field Full UK driving licence What's on Offer Competitive basic salary + strong overtime potential Company van + fuel card Door-to-door pay (depending on setup) Long-term, stable role with a specialist contractor Opportunity to work on major UK infrastructure projects TPBN1_UKTJ
