Salaried GP with view to Partnership - 4 to 8 sessionsEmployer: NHS Jobs Location: Neath, SA11 3EW Pay: Negotiable Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full time Disability Confident: No Closing Date: 07/05/2026 About this jobMain Responsibilities Provide high-quality primary care services to registered and temporary patients Conduct 28 consultations per day (face-to-face and telephone) Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Prescribe in line with the practice formulary Support disease prevention and long‑term condition management Offer leadership and clinical input to the wider team Mentor or support junior staff, Physicians Associates and medical students from Swansea University. Benefit from streamlined workflow admin responsible only for your own test results and letters Minimal medication queries handled by the pharmacy team Home visits required very occasionally, when Advanced Paramedic Practitioner is unavailable Attend Clinical meetings Promote QI projects.
