Located in the heart of Neath Town Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an established patient list of 9,921. The role includes a potential future partnership for the right candidate. Job responsibilitiesProvide high-quality primary care services to registered and temporary patients Conduct 28 consultations per day (face-to-face and telephone) Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Prescribe in line with the practice formulary Support disease prevention and long-term condition management Offer leadership and clinical input to the wider team Mentor or support junior staff, Physicians Associates and medical students from Swansea University.
