This is a full-time, permanent position combining clinic-based work with regular travel to client sites using a fully equipped mobile medical unit, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and hands-on role. Role Overview: You will work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver a full range of Occupational Health services to a diverse client base. This role involves both clinic and on-site work, with travel forming a key part of your responsibilities (paid within working hours). Key duties include:Case management assessments and management referralsHealth surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, HAVS)Administering vaccinations in line with the Green BookDrug and alcohol screeningDSE and workplace health assessmentsDelivering wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiativesMaking autonomous clinical decisions and referralsManaging medical stock, vaccines, and equipment safelyMaintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring GDPR complianceSupporting junior staff and contributing to team developmentParticipating in internal meetings and service improvementYou will also be responsible for travelling to client sites, operating a mobile medical unit, and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a variety of workplace settings.
