This role is strictly for candidates with relevant care experience. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of care and support to residents during night hours.Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting Support residents with mobility and repositioning Monitor residents wellbeing and report any concerns promptly Maintain accurate care records Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and care home policies Requirements (Strict)Minimum 6 months1 year experience in a care home or nursing home setting (essential) Experience working with elderly residents and/or dementia care Ability to work night shifts only Strong understanding of care standards and safeguarding Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Right to work in the UK No sponsorship available do not apply if requiring visa supportDesirable NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care Manual handling training Medication training (preferred but not essential) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Consistent night shifts Supportive working environment Ongoing training opportunities ImportantThis is a strict requirement role. xjdpvnf Only candidates with relevant care home experience and no sponsorship needs will be considered.
