We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Penzance . This person has complex clinical needs and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.Their favourite activities includegetting out and about in the community, enjoying activities like darts, boat trips, and local events!Youll play a key role in supporting enriching, meaningful activities and your empathy and positivity will make a real difference in this persons life.To help them make the most of these outings, were looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence .What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
