In this key role, the impact of your leadership will be felt every day, helping create calm, comfortable, and high-quality spaces where pupils and staff can flourish.Your working day runs from8.30am to 2.25pm, offering a predictable daytime routine that fits seamlessly around family life, studies, or other commitments - ideal for those seeking meaningful work within family friendly hours. Your leadership helps create warm, well-maintained environments that feel like a home-from-home.Working closely with managers and alongside your team, youll take a hands-on role in driving the success of our cleaning operations. Youll plan effective cleaning schedules, carry out quality checks, manage stock and supplies, and play a key part in welcoming, training, and mentoring new staff. Just as essential are your communication skills and your warm and proactive approach when working with pupils and colleagues - fostering trust and ensuring a positive experience for everyone you support.We currently have several positions available, offering the chance to join a supportive team where your contribution is valued.Working 6 days per week, we have various shift patterns between 32.5 to 36 hours per week:5.25 hours per day, from 8:30am to 2:25pm. This role is for 36 weeks per year, plus an additional 105 annual clean down hours. 5.25 hours per day, from 8:30am to 2:25pm, 52 weeks per year.36 hours per day, from 6:00am to 12:30pm, 52 weeks per year.Additionally, we have morning central cleaning positions across our teaching and office buildings available from 6am.
