A well-established food manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experiencedMaintenance Engineerto support engineering operations at their production site in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire.Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable manufacturing environment working aday shift pattern Monday to Friday, supporting the maintenance and reliability of production equipment across the facility.The RoleAs Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring production machinery and site services are maintained to a high standard, supporting operational efficiency across the factory.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across production machineryResponding to breakdowns and identifying root causes of faultsMaintaining production equipment including conveyors, fillers, packers and washersWorking closely with production teams to minimise downtimeSupporting modifications and improvements to machinery where possibleLiaising with external engineering contractors when requiredEnsuring contractors operate safely and in line with site health and safety standardsRequirementsTo be considered for the role, you should have:Experience working as aMaintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge ofelectrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and motor drivesExperience maintaining production or packaging equipmentStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsA recognisedmechanical or electrical engineering qualificationExperience withinfood manufacturing or FMCGenvironments would be beneficial but is not essential.Salary xjdpvnf & BenefitsSalary starting from46,000 per yearOvertime available at enhanced ratesWeekly site performance bonusCompany pensionPaid breaksLife insurance (2x salary)Medicash health plan for you and your familyCycle to work schemeEmployee referral bonusDiscounted foodOn-site parkingStaff canteenAccess to a24/7 GP and counselling servicethrough an employee assistance programme
